Returns & Refund Policy

Our item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email or call 501-606-2127 to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Print the assigned RMA # on the outside of the package.
Please note that we will be unable to process returns without a RMA #.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
There are no returns or refunds of any kind for Electronic parts. No exceptions!
Clearance items are sold as-is and may not be returned or exchanged.

If we cannot resell the returned item as new, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Restocking Fee
There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned not due to an error on our behalf or a warranty defect of the item itself. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, unless there is a manufacturer defect or we are at fault.

If your item is still in new and unused condition, you may exchange it within 30 days of purchase. You will have to pay return shipping and the shipping for the item we are exchanging.
